Lata Rai is Commerce Graduate. She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Post Graduation in Business Management (MBA) and Doctorate in philosophy (Ph.D) from Barkatullah University , Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).
She has more than 15 years of experience as academician, Researcher, Writers , Business Development entrepreneur and Social Cause Workers .
She was associated with VIM, Barkatullah University, Bhopal as Asst Professor and has experience in Organization Development, Business process outsourcing , Partnership development, HR management and e commerce.
She has written many Research Papers, National and International Journals, Books for post graduate students on Management.
Mrs Rai is an enterprising leader and brings her own experience of Institution building and program management in taking forward the ADC vision and mission.
