Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Individual Social Activist

Introduction and Background:-

Strategic Alliance Bihar is an initiative of Atharva Development Consultants (P) Limited.

Strategic Alliance Bihar is inviting EOI for empanelment of Individual Social Activist for execution of its short term and Long term assignments taken from socioeconomic, commercial and public organizations (Clients)

This is a non equity strategic alliance where partners may provides knowledge & expertise in successful completion of specific assignment of Client. Strategic Alliance is based on Mutual Respect, Trust and Sustainable development.

Partnership with different Social Activist is for successful execution of specific assignments, mobilize by Strategic Alliance from different Socio-economical, Commercial and Public Organizations.

Number of different Socio-economic, Commercial and Public Organization has extended their interest in availing different services offered by strategic alliance which is people-centric and based on strong & effective communication in various activities such as :-

Socio-economical

Social-economical survey and research, Data processing & analysis.
Research and Studies on Policy, programs and scheme of Government

Commercial

Research and studies on Products, Services & its marketing as well as Consumer Insights
Offline Marketing (App download, Product Sampling, Outdoor Marketing, Canopy Installation , Rural Villages and Urban Slums activities, Influencer marketing outreach)

Public

Research and Studies ( Opinion Poll, Door to Door Survey , Data Collection & Analytics operations, Electors grievances, Consultation based manifesto developing)
Campaign management (Public opinion making, Public relation building, Public Consulting, socio-economic strategy, public/mass mobilization, field operation & street play).

Strategic Alliance Bihar is in process of empanelling team consists of the social – influencers, researchers, Activist and scientists having sound expertise in community communication & mobilization as well as research and studies. This team will be in form of Organizational Partners from all 534 Blocks of Bihar state.

Visionary Social Activist and Social leaders at grass root level from across the state of Bihar are invited to be part of the Strategic Alliance Bihar.

What We Will Do

Strategic Alliance Bihar is undertaking different types of assignment (Short term and Long term) at central level (state level) and will allot these assignment to its implementing partners working at grass root level/block level. Atharva Development Consultants plays role of “ Project/Assignment Management Unit (PMU)/ Technical Support Unit(TSU) as well as Resource Mobilizing Unit(RMU) for SAB Network.

Eligibility of Partnership :-

Must have expertise in Organizing Social Campaign & Movement.
Experience in filling RTI and Lok Shikayat Niwaran Complaint, Filling PIL-Hon High Court.
Experience in community mobilization, BCC, IEC Campaign, Conducting Survey at grass root level.
Active on Social Media Platform likes Fabebook, Instagram , Whatsapp and others.
Ready to complete Client’s all assignment deputed by Strategic Alliance. (Assignment will be based on -socio-economic, Commercial and Public themes)

Deliverables:

Execute different kinds of assignment offered by Clients (Social, Commercial and Public Organizations)

Primary Assignments :-

Social Campaign Management
Lead Campaign on Good Governance, Transparency and Accountability in Government Departments and officials.
Action for Saving Human Rights ,Socioeconomic Justice and Entitlement of deprived Communities.
Support in Legal AID to deprived Communities.

Secondary Assignments:- Support to Partner NPOs in

Socio-economic, Commercial and Public Survey, Study and Research.
Offline Marketing (App download, Product Sampling, Outdoor Marketing, Canopy Installation , Rural Villages and Urban Slums activities, Influencer marketing outreach)
Mass Mobilization and Campaign management

Opening and screening of EOI :

Submission of EOI does not guarantee that the EOI will be accepted.
Strategic Alliance Bihar will inform the shortlisted Social Activist for Capability assessment.
Personal canvassing is strictly prohibited.

Selection Process :-

Eligibility Criteria for partnership is mandatory .Selection process will be as per following steps:-

Review of EOI
Physical Verification of all mandatory documents of Individual Social Activist in Patna, followed by interview and discussion session
Capability assessment through assignment
Subscription and Signing of MOU

Signing of MOU:-

After the final selection, Strategic Alliance Bihar and the empanelled Social Activist will enter into agreement as per the existing norms, rules and regulation of Strategic Alliance. (Term and Condition apply). More than one organization can be empanelled for particular block.

1) Interested Social Activist are requested to Email EOI Format properly filled and signed.

2) Physical Desk Appraisal of all certified documents of the organization as mentioned below:-

All academic Qualification Certificates
Masked Aadhaar No
PAN No if any
Detail of association with any Society, Trust or Federation as office bearer or member if any.
Brief Write up on important Social Activities performed by you till now.
Detail of Awards and recognition if any
Any Innovative Initiative taken by you.

Submission of EOI :- Format for EOI is attached, Social Activist may download format and can fill properly either is Soft or Clearly hand written along with forwarding letter duly signed and seal of head of the organization. Properly filled EOI & Forwarding letter should email to ceo@atharvaconsultants.co.in & CC to adcbpl.org@gmail.com Documents required must be present for physical desk appraisal on given date as informed.
